Brittany is passionate about making sure your property is taken care of like it is her own. As an owner of her own properties she knows the importance of having a good tenant and maintaining the home. She holds her Texas Realtor license. She is currently a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and looking forward to joining the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

LEASING & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Samantha has 10 years property management experience and brings a strong background in apartment management and a genuine passion for creating a positive resident experience. At River Tree Property Management, she focuses on resident communication, vendor coordination, and making sure the needs of both residents and property owners are handled with care. Known for her friendly personality and willingness to help, Samantha is currently working toward earning her Texas real estate license and continuing to grow her career in property management.
